Customer Delivery Driver - Greenford CFC

About the role

As a Customer Delivery Driver for Tesco you will be the face of the brand on the road, delivering grocery orders directly to customers' homes across the South East. The role offers flexible hours, a guaranteed minimum weekly commitment and the chance to work independently while being supported by a base team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time within the agreed availability windows.
• Load, unload and handle parcels, ensuring items are protected and presented correctly.
• Maintain a clean and road‑worthy vehicle, performing basic checks and reporting any issues.
• Provide friendly, professional service and address customer queries during deliveries.
• Communicate shift details and any delivery problems to the base team promptly.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
• Physically fit to handle and lift parcels throughout the shift.
• Reliability, punctuality and a customer‑focused attitude.

What we offer

• Hourly rate starting at £14.18, rising to £15.45 for stores inside the M25.
• Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week (12 hours possible for part‑time).
