Customer Delivery Driver – Part‑time (Ashford)

About the role

As a Customer Delivery Driver you will be the face of ASDA to our shoppers, delivering groceries and other products directly to their homes. Working mainly in the afternoons, you will ensure each order arrives safely, on time and with a friendly smile.

Key responsibilities

• Load, secure and unload the delivery van with customer orders.
• Drive to customers' addresses across the Ashford area, following the most efficient routes.
• Maintain a clean and road‑worthy van, performing basic checks before each shift.
• Assist the store team with picking and packing online orders during busy periods.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling any queries or issues professionally.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Reliable team player who shows up ready to work.
• Positive energy and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills

• Valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
