Customer Development Manager – North Yorkshire

About the role

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Customer Development Manager to drive growth across North Yorkshire. Reporting to the Regional Controller, you will create and execute strategic customer plans that increase volume, net revenue and gross profit for our iconic beverage portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional customer plans to optimise total volume, net revenue and gross profit.
• Grow profit and distribution in both new and existing accounts, meeting agreed business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customers, wholesalers and internal stakeholders to create mutually beneficial business plans.
• Deliver robust 1‑3 year account plans, including strategy, tactics and promotional programmes.
• Evaluate investment and promotional activity using Value Management principles.
• Manage debt risk, cash flow and track customers through the My District system.
• Utilise FIT tools to generate plans that achieve annual targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing cross‑functional relationships that deliver results.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and value management in relevant channels.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to translate account plans into actionable tactics.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end processes from planning to invoice receipt.
• Passion for growing brands and delivering high service levels to customers.
