Customer Engagement Associate – Pathway to Protection Adviser

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to families who are not yet protected and introduce Lifesearch’s services.
• Overcome objections, answer queries and smoothly hand customers over to an Adviser.
• Arrange and manage callbacks to keep each customer’s journey on track.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to ensure seamless handovers.
• Support teammates, stay positive and responsive in a fast‑paced call‑centre.
• Participate in regular training aimed at moving into the Advice team.

Required profile

• Warm, confident phone manner with strong listening abilities.
• Calm under pressure, quick thinker and able to handle push‑back.
• Attention to detail and comfort discussing sensitive topics.
• Ambitious, resilient and target‑driven, eager to progress to an Adviser role.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
