Customer Experience Administrator

About the role

The Customer Experience Administrator will be the first point of contact for clients of a safety‑equipment hire business based in Central Essex. You will manage enquiries by phone and email, prepare quotations, coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams, and keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle. Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and professional service.
• Manage a busy customer service inbox, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Prepare and send quotations, liaise with the sales team and account managers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability, order progress and delivery updates.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers from initial contact to successful delivery.
• Update CRM and internal systems with accurate customer data and interaction notes.

• Proven experience in a customer‑focused role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional manner.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and solid problem‑solving abilities.
