About the role
Join Hotel Chocolat’s Head Office as a Customer Experience Advisor and become the voice of one of the UK’s most loved premium chocolate brands. You will receive a two‑week paid induction that turns you into a genuine chocolate expert while supporting seasonal peaks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email or chat, helping them choose gifts, resolve issues and share product knowledge.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure a seamless multi‑channel experience.
- Document interactions in the company’s CRM system and provide feedback to improve service processes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of seasonal collections, best‑selling products and chocolate production.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for chocolate and strong desire to help people.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Availability for a 3‑6 month fixed‑term contract.
