About the role

Join Santander’s Exeter branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, working 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule. You will be the friendly face and voice of the bank, helping customers with transactions, technology, and fraud protection.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch and over the phone.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and service requests.
  • Answer inbound customer calls to the contact centre.
  • Build relationships, identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services to support customers effectively.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks in a busy branch environment.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to risk management.
