Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Worksop & Retford)

About the role

Join Santander’s Retail Banking team as a Customer Experience Advisor at the twinned Worksop & Retford branch. Working 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule, you will be the friendly face and voice of the bank, helping customers with everyday transactions, technology assistance, and fraud protection.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch and over the phone.
• Process day‑to‑day transactions, answer queries and provide service support.
• Handle inbound calls to the contact centre and resolve issues promptly.
• Build relationships with customers and identify tailored solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services to advise customers effectively.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
