About the role
Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join the C&P The Midlands team in Loughborough. Working 35 hours per week on a rota basis, you will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them meet their financial needs while representing the brand in the community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support to new and existing colleagues.
- Fulfil customer financial needs through educational conversations.
- Deliver core servicing and transactions across all channels.
- Act as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the branch.
- Host and support community initiatives and events.
- Assist branch leaders when required.
- Promote and advocate Santander’s digital offerings.
Required profile
- Willingness to work a rota schedule, Monday‑Saturday, 8 am‑6 pm.
- Strong customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Comfortable acting as a visible brand representative in the local community.
- Proactive approach to supporting branch operations.
