Customer Insight Analyst / Manager

About the role

The Customer Insight Analyst/Manager will provide dedicated analytical capability within the Customer Intelligence team, turning customer, commercial and operational data into actionable insight. You will work closely with researchers and cross‑functional partners to build a connected view of customer needs, behaviours and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer, product, commercial and operational data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver insights on customer behaviour, engagement, retention, product adoption and experience.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and leadership decisions.
• Extract, clean and analyse data using SQL, Python and Excel for reporting, dashboards and insight packs.
• Track key metrics such as NPS, engagement, retention, adoption and usage.
• Automate recurring analysis and reporting with Python and support statistical modelling, predictive analytics and AI proof‑of‑concept work.
• Identify opportunities to improve insight delivery through automation and emerging analytical methods.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and integrating quantitative data with qualitative research.
• Familiarity with data‑science concepts, automation and AI‑ready analytics.
• Comfort working in cloud environments and handling customer data architecture.
