Customer Interaction Specialist – Video Editor (Internal Communications)

About the role

The National Customer Interaction Department is looking for a talented Video Editor to support internal communications for over 50,000 colleagues across Great Britain and Ireland. You will create engaging multimedia content and manage the full video production process in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create multimedia content for internal channels, including written pieces, graphics, digital assets, thumbnails, and short‑ and long‑form video reels.
• Lead videography from concept development, script writing, and storyboarding through filming, editing, and agency coordination.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and with external creative agencies.
• Develop project briefs, organise events and video shoots, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor deadlines, drive continuous improvement, and support the departmental strategy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a communications or marketing department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven filming, copy‑writing, and script‑writing experience.
• Ability to plan video pre‑production, including storyboards, scripts and shot lists.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of handling multiple projects and conflicting deadlines.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
