Customer Lifecycle Assistant Manager – Email & CRM

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Lifecycle Assistant Manager to lead our Email, CRM and Customer Lifecycle initiatives for CMB UK. The role combines digital expertise, data‑driven insight and stakeholder collaboration to deliver personalised customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch Next Best Action campaigns using Pega CDH in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Implement and optimise customer lifecycle management strategies to improve satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
• Manage the CLCM runway, ensuring deliverables align with CMB UK strategic priorities.
• Generate hypotheses and conduct A/B testing across digital channels, maintaining audience segments for personalisation.
• Analyse customer data to identify opportunities for increased engagement and lifetime value.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of lifecycle initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and other markets to leverage best practices.

Required profile

• Strong digital and customer data expertise.
• Proven experience in managing customer lifecycle or CRM programmes.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
