Customer Order Processor

About the role

Revolution Beauty is looking for a Customer Order Processor to join its Queenborough team. You will manage and process all customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and good customer service throughout the order lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Process all B2B orders end to end, checking codes, prices and quantities, and ensure orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time according to customer requirements
• Collect collection documentation and work with the relevant teams so customers have the documents needed for collection or registration
• Keep customers informed of order status and delivery information, and answer general queries about orders and stock
• Use different customer portals where needed for order placement and delivery bookings
• Handle customer returns and resolve issues such as discrepancies, delays and incorrect or damaged goods, tracking them until closed
• Work with 3PLs and ensure orders are dispatched within the month to meet sales targets
• Process tester orders/kits, transfer orders between warehouses, process production orders for direct-to-customer orders and process customer samples

Required profile

• Previous experience in order processing or customer service
• Knowledge of B2B operations and logistics, and experience working with 3PLs and supply chain partners
• Attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving and teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency in various customer portals and ideally NetSuite ERP
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
