Customer Product Trainer & Content Manager (SaaS/FinTech)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Product Trainer & Content Manager to own the learning experience for our SaaS platform users. You will create, maintain and continuously improve all customer‑facing education material, ensuring clients can adopt new features quickly and confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update user guides, FAQs, release notes and product documentation.
• Own the knowledge base and learning library, keeping content accurate and structured.
• Translate complex product features into clear, user‑friendly learning assets.
• Design and deliver virtual and in‑person training programmes for different user types.
• Develop reusable training assets such as slide decks, videos and walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align content with new releases.
• Use customer feedback and usage data to refine documentation and training.
• Contribute to a self‑service learning ecosystem that reduces support reliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and maintaining knowledge bases, guides, FAQs or similar documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to build training materials (videos, slide decks, walkthroughs).
• Comfort with SaaS or FinTech products and translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying content gaps.
