Customer Relations Agent

About the role

Join Teya’s Customer Operations team as a Customer Relations Agent. You will support small merchants across Europe, helping them use Teya’s payment and software tools effectively while delivering world‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls, emails and web chats from merchants.
• Resolve queries, questions and escalations quickly and professionally.
• Educate merchants about Teya’s products and services.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Monitor quality and productivity KPIs and report recurring issues to senior management.

Required profile

• Experience in inbound customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Technically confident and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, even under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Empathetic, patient and driven to deliver outstanding service.
• Team‑player who collaborates well with colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
