Customer Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Customer Relations Manager to be the first point of contact for families exploring care options at Windmill Lodge Care Home. You will guide families with warmth and professionalism, turning enquiries into admissions while building strong community partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for families, providing information and support throughout the admission journey.
• Conduct home tours, assist with assessments, admissions and contract preparation.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with local partners to increase privately funded occupancy.
• Track enquiries, monitor conversion rates and report performance against targets.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a seamless visitor and family experience.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a warm, compassionate approach.
• Strong knowledge of Lytham St. Annes and local community networks.
• Background in sales, customer service or family‑facing roles, preferably within the care sector.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using reporting tools and digital platforms.
