Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our Retention Team in Chester. You will work with existing mortgage customers, helping them understand their options before their current mortgage expires and arranging appointments with our Mortgage Advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing mortgage customers ahead of product expiry.
• Build strong relationships through regular, meaningful conversations.
• Assess customers' circumstances and discuss product transfer or remortgaging options.
• Identify opportunities to improve mortgage arrangements and book adviser appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and keep customers informed throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with advisers and the wider mortgage team to ensure a seamless experience.
• Meet activity and quality targets while delivering excellent service.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Confident, professional telephone manner.
• Experience in sales, customer service, account or relationship management.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to build long‑term trust.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
