Customer Sales Advisor – Full‑Time Retail Role

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to join our client’s retail team in Twickenham. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to customers while driving sales and supporting store operations. Working full‑time on a permanent basis, you will be the main point of contact for customers both in‑store and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries via telephone and face‑to‑face, advising and selling the range of services.
• Contribute to achieving the store’s financial targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities and maximise revenue per customer.
• Maintain a clean, tidy store and adhere to health & safety procedures.
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Act as key holder and take responsibility in the manager’s absence.
• Minimise bad debt and implement procedures to recover any outstanding amounts.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear speaking and effective listening when interacting with customers.
• Self‑discipline, attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
• Comfortable working both in a small team and independently.
• Confidence in product knowledge after induction and training.
