Customer Sales Advisor – Part‑time Retail Role

About the role

Join Halfords as a Customer Sales Advisor working 16 hours per week at the Havant store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and services while receiving comprehensive product and fitting training.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate and explain product features and fitting services.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment.
• Process transactions accurately using the store POS system.
• Work a flexible rota that includes weekends.

Required profile

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales setting.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Motivation to meet or exceed sales targets.
