Customer Service Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Account Executive to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B customers in Marlow. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Transport and Forecasting teams to ensure service delivery meets the highest standards and drives strong customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with business customers and key stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and coordinate mailings and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve service level agreements.
• Monitor, investigate and resolve queries, complaints and invoice issues.
• Produce KPI, SLA and performance reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support customer retention through effective account management and participate in review meetings.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, customer service, client services or similar B2B environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach and keen attention to detail.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
