Customer Service Advisor – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our busy team in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this six‑month fixed‑term position you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, friendly and effective support across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries promptly and courteously.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information and resolve issues.
• Guide customers through our products and services, handling complaints and refunds according to policy.
• Record interactions in the order‑management system and keep data up to date.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve service quality.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while adhering to company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Strong IT aptitude and ability to adapt to changing systems.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to manage workload independently.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a people‑first attitude.
