Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a respected client in Milton Keynes. You will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, live chat and social media, delivering a high‑quality experience while working in a busy, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑channel enquiries and resolve or appropriately escalate queries.
• Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Assist customers with questions about their current accounts.
• Meet service‑level agreements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a contact‑centre or customer‑service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive team player with a customer‑focused attitude.
