Customer Service Advisor – Doncaster

About the role
Join EE’s Broadband Technical Team in Doncaster and help customers resolve a wide range of broadband and router issues over the phone. You’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable support, guiding users from simple queries to more complex technical problems.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers with broadband‑related questions.
- Diagnose and resolve router and connectivity issues.
- Escalate cases that require deeper technical investigation.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting performance targets.
Required profile
- Natural helpfulness, calm demeanor, and strong relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage your own break schedule.
- Willingness to learn technical concepts on the job.
