Customer Service Advisor (Internal Account Executive)

About the role

We are seeking a tenacious, customer‑focused individual to join our busy Account Management team as an Internal Account Executive. This hybrid role involves managing a portfolio of B2B clients, delivering first‑class service and ensuring client satisfaction while working two days per week in our Marlow office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of B2B clients.
• Deliver first‑class service at all times and pre‑empt issues.
• Handle back‑office administration for each client.
• Provide reporting and forecasting using Excel, including pivot tables.
• Update client information in the internal CRM system.

Required profile

• Office‑based customer service experience (B2B preferred).
• Proactive, assertive, tenacious and driven.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Team player able to work Monday‑Friday shift patterns.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to use Excel functions such as pivot tables.
