Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a fast‑growing automotive technology business. You will work from our Bredbury office, supporting B2B customers – primarily car dealerships – by troubleshooting issues and coordinating operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries via phone, chat, and email.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues in partnership with telematics and technical specialists.
• Support operational activities such as booking jobs and managing calendars.
• Prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Take full ownership of customer cases from initial contact to resolution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in inbound or outbound customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and independent thinking.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
• Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Calm under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Team player who follows processes while using own judgement.
