Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Join a fast‑growing health clinic in Runcorn as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for patients and prospective customers, providing friendly, professional support throughout their weight‑management journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Provide information about services, treatments, and the patient journey.
• Assist with appointment bookings, prescription enquiries, and order queries.
• Respond to enquiries via telephone, email and other channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with clinical and operational teams to support patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and data protection requirements.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service, contact‑centre or telephone‑based support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy, patience and professionalism when dealing with customers.
• Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Team‑player with a positive, can‑do attitude and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Healthcare or pharmacy experience is advantageous but not essential.
