Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Inverness team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, coordinating service appointments and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the repair and maintenance process.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including creating and processing job cards.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate routine servicing, repairs and unscheduled work.
• Check account details, credit limits and obtain authorisations where required.
• Provide timely updates to customers and agree realistic timescales for work.
• Raise invoices for completed work and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering first‑class customer service.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
