Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established, multi‑award‑winning UK organisation that is expanding its Customer Service team. The role is full‑time, hybrid and offers a clear progression in salary as you settle into the position.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and stakeholders.
• Respond to email and live‑chat enquiries promptly.
• Update and maintain internal systems and customer records accurately.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
• Manage client queries and build strong working relationships.
• Handle data sensitively and in line with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, positive attitude and a team‑player mindset.
