Customer Service Advisor (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join a well‑established payroll services company on a part‑time basis. You will work 2‑3 days a week in a vibrant office environment, handling inbound queries and supporting contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high‑volume inbound customer calls and emails.
• Provide support for payroll and contractor related queries.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and external contractors.
• Deliver a professional, efficient service, especially during peak periods.

Required profile

• Confident, friendly telephone manner.
• Strong communication skills.
• Hard‑working with a genuine willingness to learn.
• 1‑2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a high‑volume phone environment.
