Customer Service Advisor – Property Management

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor (Property Manager) to join Connells Group HQ in Birkenhead. You will manage a portfolio of properties, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and internal teams while delivering a high-quality service throughout the tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance, liaising with tradespeople and keeping customers informed.
• Organise safety inspections, manage remedial works and conduct regular property visits.
• Handle landlord and tenant enquiries, providing prompt and courteous communication.
• Conduct weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers.
• Maintain service levels, meet personal and team deadlines, and achieve KPI targets.
