Customer Service Advisor – Property Management

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Customer Service Advisor (Property Manager) to join our Bristol team, supporting landlords and tenants across our portfolio of properties. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a high‑quality experience throughout the tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance.
• Liaise with tradespeople/contractors and keep customers updated.
• Organise safety inspections and manage remedial works.
• Conduct regular property visits and communicate with landlords.
• Assist customers with general tenancy queries.
• Run weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers.
• Respond promptly and courteously to landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
• Meet personal and team deadlines, maintain service levels and achieve KPIs.
