Customer Service Advisor – Telecom Provider

About the role

Join Telecom Acquisitions Ltd, one of the UK’s fastest‑growing telecom providers, as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, efficient, and solution‑focused support across billing, technical, and general enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve billing queries and clearly explain charges.
• Manage overflow calls from first‑line technical support, ensuring no customer is left waiting.
• Answer general enquiries about services, packages, and account details.
• Deal with complaints promptly, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Natural communicator with a warm, confident phone manner.
• Previous experience in a customer service or contact‑centre environment (telecom experience a plus).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Passionate about delivering a 5‑star customer experience.
