Customer Service Advisor – Temporary (6‑9 months)

About the role

Reed Business Support is recruiting on behalf of a respected, forward‑thinking organisation in Newcastle. This temporary Customer Service Advisor contract (6‑9 months) will deliver an exceptional customer experience within a fast‑paced office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of customer service at every interaction.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records.
• Manage diaries and schedule appointments.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Support customers with account and service‑related enquiries.
• Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute positively to team goals and service excellence.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience in contact‑centre, retail, hospitality or office settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional and customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
• Confident IT user able to operate multiple systems.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
