Customer Service Agent – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will deliver high‑quality, fast and efficient service to CooperVision customers, handling inbound calls and processing orders.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls.
• Receive and process customer orders using the ERP system in line with company procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are shipped with the highest level of service.
• Work within KPIs set by the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and related documentation for auditing.
• Handle credit requests, ensuring proper documentation and processing within one working day.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support successful internal and external audits.
• Scan and file customer credit records electronically.
• Update the credit receipt process daily.
• Support management and perform additional tasks to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and administration skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to use own initiative and make decisions within the role’s remit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems.
• Enthusiastic, flexible team player able to work independently.
• Confident communicator who can relate to people at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines, targets and KPIs.
• Proactive focus on continuous improvement and proven problem‑solving ability.
