Join a global leader in ground handling and air cargo services. As a Customer Service Agent at Newcastle Airport, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring a seamless and premium travel experience for every passenger.

Missions principales

  • Welcome passengers and provide professional assistance during check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for flight schedules, baggage policies, and general travel inquiries.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all aviation safety and security regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with ground operations teams to maintain smooth and efficient flight turnarounds.
  • Resolve passenger complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and operational reporting.
  • Apply QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures to maintain high operational standards.

Profil recherché

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a significant advantage).
  • Ability to remain calm, efficient, and professional while working under pressure in a dynamic airport environment.
  • High level of flexibility regarding working hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
