Customer Service Agent – Logistics & Courier Operations

About the role
This full‑time position is based in Colnbrook and supports a fast‑paced logistics business. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, bookings and delivery updates while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Coordinate bookings and track deliveries
- Proactively resolve issues and keep customers informed
- Support admin, shipments and fulfilment projects
- Work towards daily performance targets
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident phone manner and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Previous logistics or customer service experience desirable
