Customer Service Agent – Manchester Airport

About the role

As a Customer Service Agent at SIXT’s Manchester Airport branch, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering tailored offers and ensuring a premium rental experience. You will work outdoors in the car park, welcome arrivals, assist with returns and support the overall operation of the vehicle fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and provide first‑class service throughout their rental journey.
• Present tailored offers, handle sales interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Confirm vehicle damage with customers, obtain signatures and notify the Branch Manager.
• Assist with refuelling, vehicle deliveries and collections between branches.
• Prepare, clean and valet vehicles to maintain high presentation standards.
• Support rental agreement processing and respond to customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Sales‑oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Experience in direct customer contact, preferably in service, tourism or sales.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Flexible, team‑oriented and able to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s licence with at least 12 months driving experience.
