Customer Service Apprentice – 15‑Month Programme

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is recruiting six Customer Service Apprentices to start in September 2026. This 15‑month Level 3 apprenticeship combines classroom learning at Farnborough College with hands‑on experience in a dynamic call‑centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve enquiries, complaints and service requests in line with company standards.
• Document interactions accurately in the internal CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet service targets.
• Participate in weekly taught sessions and on‑the‑job training.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and motivated to learn.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy.
• Residency in the South East England region.
