Customer Service Apprenticeship

About the role

We are recruiting six Customer Service Apprentices to start in September 2026 at our Aldershot office. The 15‑month Level 3 Apprenticeship combines on‑the‑job learning with weekly classes at Farnborough College, giving you a nationally recognised qualification and a solid foundation for a long‑term career in a global mobility company.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Record interactions and update customer data in the company’s systems.
• Support the delivery of rental and mobility services, ensuring a high standard of service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and motivated to learn.
• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Able to work in a team and follow guidance from trainers.
