About the role
As a Customer Service Assistant you will focus on delivering an excellent in‑store experience, ensuring parking, trolleys, stock placement, timely deliveries and friendly payment interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the store, providing a high level of service.
- Maintain tidy and well‑stocked aisles, ensuring products are in the right place.
- Handle deliveries and ensure they are processed on time.
- Process payments with a friendly attitude.
- Support the store team in creating a helpful and welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar customer‑facing role.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality service to every visitor.
- Ability to provide an up‑to‑date CV when applying.

What we offer
- Hourly pay of £12.71 (21+), £12.00 (18‑20) or £8.82 (under 18).
- Up to £300 per month gain‑share bonus.
