Missions principales

• Deliver outstanding customer service by being proactive and attentive to client needs.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions and handle payments accurately.
• Ensure optimal product availability through efficient shelf replenishment and stock management.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
• Promote customer engagement by encouraging feedback via the "Have Your Say" questionnaire.
• Strictly apply safety and compliance protocols, including the "Think 25" policy for age-restricted products.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charitable events to strengthen local presence.
• Support store management by potentially overseeing operations in the absence of a Shift Leader or Store Manager.
• Manage Post Office operations if applicable (subject to background checks).
