About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a clean, tidy environment.
• Use product knowledge to promote promotions and create attractive displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and secure tills.
• Receive, replenish and display stock, supporting inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food labeling, allergen and age‑related sales regulations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to protect colleagues and customers.
