Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are offering a seven‑week temporary position for Customer Service Associates to support a leading not‑for‑profit organisation that delivers education and teacher‑training programmes. The role is primarily remote, with an expectation to attend the London office two to four times per month.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Admissions & Operations team by handling inbound enquiries via telephone and email.
• Manage a high‑volume workload of 50+ emails/cases and 20+ calls per day.
• Use Salesforce CRM and telephone systems to log, track and resolve customer queries.
• Provide clear, accurate information about educational programmes, processes and policies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in line with SOPs.
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate teams.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by sharing feedback on customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure consistent service.
• Carry out administrative duties to support programme delivery.
• Assist users with basic IT queries, such as password resets and portal access.

Required profile

• Minimum of 12 months’ customer service experience.
• Previous experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Experience within the education or not‑for‑profit sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage a high volume of enquiries.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
