Customer Service Coordinator – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to join a well‑established client in Dartford. The role is permanent, full‑time and hybrid, offering a mix of office and remote work while providing front‑line support to our customers in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
• Process orders, calculate transit times and freight, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Manage quotations, price lists and follow‑up on open quotes.
• Escalate and resolve customer complaints, communicating status updates and at‑risk order information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain information and close issues.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative or customer‑service role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with order‑to‑cash processing and ERP order‑processing systems.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a large team.

What we offer

• Salary of £30,000 per year.
• Hybrid working pattern – two days in the office, three days remote.
