About the role
The Customer Service Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, handling enquiries, defects and after‑care from legal completion through the warranty period. This hybrid role supports a fast‑growing developer known for high‑quality homes and strong customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage homeowner enquiries, defect reporting and after‑care processes.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and actions taken.
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the warranty period.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or customer care.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Own transport for travel to office or site locations.
