Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy office in Thames Ditton. The role is ideal for candidates who have worked in call‑centre environments, service coordination or scheduling and enjoy providing high‑quality administrative support to both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously, delivering excellent customer service.
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule service and installation appointments.
• Provide administrative support to the service and installation teams.
• Liaise with account customers and agencies, prioritising work and providing status updates.
• Contact existing customers to arrange annual boiler servicing appointments.
• Track parts and orders with suppliers, ensuring timely updates.
• Identify customer needs, resolve enquiries or direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a positive, supportive team environment.
• Perform general administrative and ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑centre environment.
• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or similar administrative roles.
• Strong communication skills with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise work and meet deadlines.

• Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.
• Full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (8am‑5pm).
