Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join a fast‑growing hardware and security solutions business in Bury. The role is office‑based and focuses on delivering a high‑quality service experience to UK customers through accurate order processing, clear communication and proactive problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle enquiries via phone and email, maintaining a professional tone.
• Investigate and resolve queries and complaints.
• Provide product availability, pricing and lead‑time information.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and review customer feedback.
• Occasionally accompany the commercial team on customer visits.
• Perform additional administrative and ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident in managing workloads and prioritising tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communicator.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and solutions‑oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.

What we offer
