Customer Service Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately using the company ERP system.
• Handling incoming calls professionally, identifying customer needs, providing updates, and upselling where appropriate.
• Managing all customer communication including email, web, live chat, and CRM activity.
• Producing quotations and supporting opportunity management in the CRM system.
• Building strong rapport with customers and collaborating with internal teams to ensure expectations are met.

Required profile

• A minimum of 1 year working within an office‑based Customer Service role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confident use of ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel.
• A proactive, determined, forward‑thinking approach to tasks.
