Customer Service Executive – Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to join a friendly team in Corsham. You will support both new and existing customers, prepare quotations and help grow accounts while developing valuable commercial skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and prepare quotations promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate additional revenue.
• Develop new business opportunities and convert leads into long‑term customers.
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Deliver high‑level customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, internal sales or account management (advantageous).
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organised with strong time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong problem‑solver with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable building relationships via telephone and email.
• Willing to travel occasionally when required.
