Customer Service Liaison – Production & Customer Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Liaison to act as the vital bridge between our Customer Service department and Production operation in Milton Keynes. The role ensures that customer orders flow smoothly from receipt to delivery, improving communication and overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between Customer Service and Production teams.
• Review and process daily customer order and balance reports accurately.
• Monitor orders from receipt through completion, communicating updates, delays, and changes.
• Collaborate with Production to obtain timely updates and resolve issues.
• Provide accurate information to Customer Service teams and attend production planning meetings.
• Support order prioritisation and escalate urgent matters as needed.
• Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to orders and production updates.

What we offer

• £14.00 per hour
• Temporary contract with potential for permanent placement
• Full‑time hours, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑16:00
